Bootcamp

Hassan is bringing is successful Urban Bootcamp program to In The Zone Fitness. Urban Bootcamp classes are small indoor/outdoor group fitness classes that work your whole body – cardiovascular, endurance, flexibility and strength training. You can’t attend Bootcamp and not see results – we guarantee it!!!!

Hassan holds bootcamp classes Monday - Thursday and 6am and 7am. You do not need to be an In The Zone Memeber to join bootcamp...we recognize that everyone has different fitness needs and aim to meet those needs.


Don't let the word 'bootcamp' scare you. Our program is designed for all fitness levels with high and low impact adaptations to all exercises so everyone has a challenging workout and no one is left behind!!! Bootcampers come in all shapes and sizes, are young and not so young, and all have the same goal in mind...to get and stay fit!!! Whether your goal is to get off the couch, exercise for the first time in years, lose that last 10 pounds, or run that marathon you want to run, Hassan can help you achieve your goals.

In The Zone's Urban Bootcamp offers you all the benefits of personal training, including professional instruction, daily motivation, and a well-planned variety of exercises, at a fraction of the cost. Depending on the package you choose - you can attend bootcamp for as little as $10 per session. You will benefit from both one-on-one personal fitness training AND support and motivation from other group participants.

Our Bootcamp is fully insured and our trainer Hassan has multiple Canadian and International fitness certifications including a specialization in outdoor fitness so you are guaranteed a safe and informative workout taught by an instructor who is a leader in the industry.

Best of all, our program is NEVER BORING!!! You can expect a variety of exercises including cardio training, circuit training, balance and stability training, weight training, speed and agility training, group challenges, fitness games, obstacle courses and medicine ball training.

Hassan's Bootcamp classes are held in our indoor studio however he will bring his classes outdoors on nice days.
